The General Administration of Legal Affairs conducts a course titled: “The Importance of Legal Awareness in Strengthening Administrative Decisions”

The General Administration of Legal Affairs, in cooperation with the College of Sharia and Law, conducted a training course titled “The Importance of Legal Awareness in Strengthening Administrative Decision-Making.” The course was presented by Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Sahan, Head of the Studies and Consultations Department, and supervised by Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Hammad, Director of Legal Affairs.

The course focused on several key topics, including:

• The importance of legal awareness

• The impact of insufficient legal knowledge on increasing cases and claims

• The essential elements of an administrative decision

• The legal principles governing administrative decisions

• Discretionary authority and its limits
