The General Administration of Occupational Health and Environment conducts Radiation Survey and Quality Assessment for Radiological Devices

As part of the ongoing efforts to implement radiation survey and quality assurance procedures for all radiological devices across university campuses, the General Administration of Occupational Health and Environment, represented by the Radiation Protection Department, conducted a comprehensive radiation survey and quality assessment for several radiological devices at university sites.

The initiative aimed to ensure that staff and facilities comply with radiation protection and safety standards. During the visits, warning lights were installed in accordance with radiation safety requirements.

The inspection included the College of Dentistry, the educational and clinical facilities in Majmaah and Zulfi, ensuring that all units adhere to the highest standards of safety and environmental protection.
