The General Administration of University Security played a key role in organizing several events and activities held at the university's buildings and facilities during the past month of Rajab. Their efforts included security and traffic management, ensuring smooth event coverage with security personnel stationed at entrances and exits, as well as managing traffic flow.

Among the most notable events was collaboration with the General Administration of Public Relations and Conferences for the Founding Day celebration held in the main hall of the University Administration Building at the main campus in Majmaah.

The Administration actively participated in Founding Day celebrations across multiple locations. This included:

  • Security personnel involvement in the University Administration Building celebrations,

  • Providing hospitality services,

  • Educating visitors about the significance of Founding Day through media content displayed at the entrance of the Security Administration building

Furthermore, the department contributed to the organization of several key events, including:

  • The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Club Exhibition,

  • The Annual Research Forum,

  • The Artificial Intelligence Exhibition,

  • The "Journey Through Programming Languages" Exhibition by the Applied College,

  • A guest lecture by Dr. Abdullah Mohammed Al-Fawzan 

The department also organized the inauguration of the Astronomical Observatory at its Hawtat Sudair location. Their contributions concluded in Sha’ban with the security arrangements for the Ramadan Crescent Sighting event.
