MU'S VICE-RECTOR FOR DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PATRONIZES THE FIRST EMPLOYEE FORUM

As part of MU’s efforts to enhance employee engagement and loyalty, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, the vice-rector for development and investment, launched the first employee forum in the presence of Dr. Mansour Al-Ghareeb, the general supervisor of the General Administration of Human Resources and the General Administration of Performance and Compliance.

The 4-day forum was held by the General Administration of Performance and Compliance and aims to create a friendly environment for employees to exchange their experiences and communicate to learn about each others' tasks. 

Prof. Al-Dosari pointed out that such meetings strengthen the employee’s engagement, improve the employees' relationship with each other and break the work routine. The vice-rector also commended the success of such events and the efforts exerted by the employees at the General Administration of Performance and Compliance to organize this event.
