The Expenditure Efficiency and Governance Team participates in "Operational Excellence Fundamentals" Program

Representatives from the university’s Expenditure Efficiency and Opportunity Identification Team took part in the “Operational Excellence Fundamentals” program, organized by the Expenditure and Government Projects Efficiency Authority, with the participation of specialists from various government entities.

The university team was represented by Prof. Faisal Al-Mutairi, team member and Supervisor of the Office of Initiatives Management and Vision Realization, and Mr. Dhafer Al-Shehri, team member and Director of the Budget Department. Their participation reflects the university’s commitment to developing staff capabilities in the fields of expenditure efficiency and governance.

This program is part of the Authority’s efforts to promote best operational practices and enhance performance efficiency across government sectors, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 goals related to governance and financial sustainability.
