Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies patronizes a seminar entitled “Contribution of MU to Covid-19 Published Research”

Under the patronage of the vice-rector for Graduate Studies & Scientific Research, Dr. Ahmed al-Rumaih, and the follow-up of the dean of Scientific Research Deanship, Dr. Thamer al-Harbi, a seminar was held by the deanship entitled “Contribution of MU to Covid-19 Published Research”.

In an opening statement, the vice-dean for Quality & Development, Dr. Mohammed al-Aydarous, commended the efforts expanded to hold this seminar and highlighted the significance of research for the development of any university and improvement of its international ranking.

The seminar featured several sessions as follow:

‘Awareness & Commitment towards precautionary measures against Covid-19 among residents of Majmaah City, Saudi Arabia’ by Riyaz Ahmed

‘Coronavirus disease: characteristics children and consideration for dentist providing their care’ by Dr. Srikanth

‘emerging point of care biosensors for rapid for diagnosis of Covid-19’ by Jawharah Khan

‘impact of Covid-19 outbreak on the mental health status of undergraduate medical students’ by Dr. Sikarthick.

‘The impact of Covid-19 on services and procedures in the field of orthopedics’ by Dr. Abdul Aziz al-Khariji
