MU TO HOLD A FORUM ON ‘BEST PRACTICES OF SERVICE WORK AT SAUDI UNIVERSITIES DURING CORON PANDEMIC’

As part of the university pursue to meet the requirements of the Kingdom’s vision 2030 and based on the approval of the minister of Education, Dr. Hamad Al-Shaikh, a forum will be held entitled “The best practices of service work at Saudi universities during Corona pandemic”.

The forum which will take place virtually on Wednesday 28 Shawwal, 1442, will be a platform for directors of service sectors, namely transportation, to exchange experience of crisis management and service provision to beneficiaries.

Several topics are to be addressed in the forum, most importantly, service work at Saudi universities during the pandemic of Corona ‘effective practices’, services management at Saudi universities based on crisis management requirements and developing advanced strategies to manage service work at universities during crisis.

The vice-rector, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, pointed out that the forum is held at the request of MU rector to allow the university to share the best practices of service works and crisis management amid the ever-changing situation to improve the quality of services provided to students, staff and community members.
