MU VICE-RECTOR CONDUCTS A MEETING WITH MEMBERS OF SECRETARIAT GENERAL OF GCCC

Within the framework of cooperation between MU and the Secretariat General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to follow-up the recommendations of the 23rd Summit of Directors and Rectors of Universities and Higher Educational Institutions in GCC Countries held at MU, a meeting was held by the vice-rector, Prof. Musallam al-Dosari with Dr. Adel Khalifa Al Zayani, Head of Human and Environmental Affairs, Dr. Mohammed al-Mahri, Head of Education, and Prof. Mohammed al-Tuwaijri, Head of Higher Education.
During the meeting, issues of mutual interests between MU and the Secretariat General of GCC were addressed.
Dr. al-Zayani extended his thanks to MU for hosting the summit and launching ‘Tawasul’ Platform, which was one of the initiatives announced by the university in the 23rd summit.
One of the 23rd summit’s recommendations was to assign MU to develop a platform of communication between universities and the Secretariat General.
