CUSTOMER CARE CENTER ‘TAWASUL’ CONDUCTS 3RD MEETING WITH COORDINATORS

At the request of MU rector to ensure that the Customer Care Center ‘Tawasul’ is always ready to operate professionally and to activate the role of coordinators of this service, a virtual meeting was held with the coordinators which was chaired by MU rector’s advisor and the supervisor of Tawasul, Dr. Abdel Aziz al-Rushud.

Commending the role played by vice-rectors, deans, directors and coordinators in supporting the center, Dr. al-Rushud pointed out that MU rector has approved the launch of a contest to award those who excel in customer care.

Mr. Khalid al-Sa’aydan, head of ‘Tawasul’, presented a brief report of achievement for last academic year 1441 AH and the current one 1442 AH.

Several topics related to agenda and update of work mechanism were addressed by supervisors and coordinators of the center.
