MU SIGNS TWO RESEARCH CONTRACTS FOR STROKE CASES

In the presence of the vice-rector for graduate studies, Dr. Al-Rumaih, the dean of College of Applied Medical Science, Dr. Musaed Al-Zahrani, the supervisor of Research Chair Department, Dr. Bajahzar and the supervisor of Sheikh Al-Tuwaijri Research Chair, Dr. Raed Al-Baraady, two research contracts were signed by MU which are sponsored by Sheikh Abdullah Al-Tuwaijri Chair for Applied Research on Stroke Cases.

The firs research entitled “: Understanding Need, Demand and Scope of Practice for Neuro Telerehabilitation Services In Saudi Arabia” was signed by Dr. Al-Zahrani, and the second one, signed by Dr. Al-Khatiri, entitled “ Cross-cultural adaptation and psychometric properties evaluation of the Postural Assessment Scale for Stroke Patients into Arabic language (Saudi Arabia).”.

The Vice Rector, Dr. Al-Rumaih, pointed out that selecting reputable journals for publication is vital which make research has a value, expressing his thanks to MU rector, Prof. Al-Mizil who supports the university’s research chair.

The supervisor of the chair added that these two research are among the top works during the current academic year 1443 which will contribute to attracting more research chairs that help the university to engage in the community.
