Under the patronage of MU rector, Prof. Al-Mizil, and in the presence of vice-rectors, deans, students and faculty members, the Vice-Rector’s Office for Educational Affairs held a forum for student graduation projects.

The rector, Prof. Al-Mizil commenced the forum by a tour to the associated exhibition to learn about some of the graduation projects and award outstanding works.

Prof. Al-Mizil then attended a rhetorical ceremony which began by a speech for the supervisor of the forum, Dr. Jawaher Al-Ohaidab, who, after welcoming the rector and all audience, pointed out that the forum aims to help students in producing original knowledge which contributes to the university’s third strategic plan (2020-2025).

Given the fact that producing knowledge and promoting research ethics are the core of the educational process, this forum attempts to consolidate the idea of innovation and skills development among MU students.

Some of the outstanding projects were presented by Rakan Al-Sahali, from College of Medicine and Farah Al-Tayyar, Wejdan Al-Manea and Hajer Al-Farraj, from College of Science.

Prof. Al-Obudi, the vice-rector for educational affairs, said that this forum was a gesture from the university to motivate students to work hard and dedicate not only during their study time, but also, and most importantly, in the workplace.
