In a ceremony held by the Deanship of Human Resources, MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, honored the working team responsible for the employee engagement project as the university has successfully achieved the excellence shield in the Sustainable Employee Engagement 2021 which was launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development. 

The university has previously won the second place in the regular measurement project for employee engagement 2021 - one of the Kingdom vision's projects associated with the third level of goal (improving public sector employees' productivity).

 Mr. Sulaiman Al-Bader, the director of Human Resources, pointed out that this achievement is a result of the various administrations' cooperation under the leadership of MU rector, assuring that the university is very keen to invest in human competencies to achieve the university's third strategic plan.
