In recognition of its leading role in raising awareness about donating stem cells, MU's rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mizil, received a letter of thanks from the Saudi Stem Cells Donor Registry (SSCDR) at King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC). MU's donors in the database of SSCDR exceeded 340 which is attributed to the successful campaign organized by the university during the period from Feb 5 to 7, 2023.
