The second round of preparatory meetings for the renewal of the university's institutional accreditation project concluded by the Deanship of Development and Quality. The series of meetings were launched by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Mohammad Al-Aboudi, the Chairman of Executive Committee for Institutional Accreditation which featured an in-person meeting with a sample of academic leaders (deans/vice-deans/department heads), a sample of students, a sample of employees, a sample of faculty members, a sample of alumni, and a sample of stakeholders. 

The meetings included a brief presentation on the stages of institutional accreditation renewal along with the status quo of the university. The meetings also addressed the upcoming work plan. Representatives of committees explained the standards and mock meetings, highlighting the primary issues related to accreditation.
