The Strategic Partnerships Unit at the Applied College, MU, signed MoU with Safa Investment, which provides real estate products and services, on the sidelines of Cityscape Global 2024.
The MoU was signed by the CEO of Applied College, Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, and the CEO of Safa Investment, Mr. Moaz Al-Zaid, and was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing for Stimulating Housing Supply and Real Estate Development, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Tawil, and the Vice-Rector for Educational Affairs & Chairman of the Executive Council of the Applied College, Prof. Mohammad Al-Aboudi.
This signing plays an effective role in supplying the labor market with national competencies to meet job needs, and contributes to the localization of jobs in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Applied College offers a Real Estate Management and Development Diploma - the first of its kind in the Kingdom - aims to qualify students specialized in the field of management and real estate development.
