MU LAUNCHES ITS BUSINESS INCUBATOR AND CO-WORKING SPACE TO PROMOTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND INNOVATION

MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, launched the headquarters of the university's business incubator and co-working space to turn entrepreneurial projects into emerging university companies.

The Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammad Al-Shehri, also highlighted the strategic plan developed by the Vice-Rector's Office to establish a number of emerging companies that are selected based on criteria that ensure the success of these projects. He also pointed out the mechanism of attracting and supporting talented and innovative people as well as developing their skills to become entrepreneurs capable of competing locally and globally.

The Head of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Mutairi, presented a summary of the results and statistics of initiatives, programs and activities related to innovation and entrepreneurship.
