MU'S HIGHER DIPLOMA IN OSTEOPATHY EARNS ACCREDITATION FROM THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR COMPLEMENTARY AND ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE

The Department of Continuing Professional Development at MU earned an accreditation from the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine in its Higher Diploma in Osteopathy program which qualifies graduates to be specialist in Osteopath after meeting all requirements including passing the evaluation tests. This achievement aligns with the department’s plan to collaborate with professional programs that help graduates to meet the demand of labor market. 

The Vice-Rector for Development and Investment and the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for Continuing Professional Development Programs, pointed out that this remarkable progress is a manifestation of the integration among government bodies to serve graduate in this country. He said that such professional programs are held in response to the high demand of this type of treatment, which pushed the university to move forward in obtaining the accreditation in this program.
