MU VICE-RECTOR LAUNCHES RESEARCH FUNDING PROGRAMS IN 2025

MU Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shehri, launched the research funding programs for the year 2025 in a ceremony organized by the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research.
The Vice-Rector Prof. Al-Shehri, pointed out that MU strives to fund scientific research and all its activities which helped in increasing the publication in peer-reviewed journals and improving the university's ranking.
The Dean of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Al-Sa'awi, explained briefly the programs' objectives and targets which aim to develop qualitative programs and initiatives in the field of research, including the initiative that is signed in this ceremony with colleges to enhance their chances in scientific publishing.
The Vice Dean for Scientific Research, Dr. Bader Al-Shehri, highlighted the research services provided by the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research to faculty members such as scientific citation, linguistic review, and the Research Portal 'Abhathi' which provides a whole host of scientific research for researchers.
At the end of the ceremony, the Vice-Rector Prof. Al-Shehri, oversaw the signing of mutual agreements between the Deanship of Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and the various colleges which are committed to publish certain numbers of research papers in peer-reviewed journals during the year 2025.
