Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, CEO of the Applied College, signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) — one with the National Institute of Industrial Training and another with the National Power Academy—during the Saudi Industry Forum held in Dhahran. These agreements were signed at the request of MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, and with the follow-up of the Vice Rector for Educational Affairs and Chairman of the Applied College Executive Council, Prof. Mohammed Al-Oboudi.
The agreements aim to strengthen collaboration in key areas such as training, employment, and joint academic programs. They support student skill development and help prepare qualified graduates to meet the needs of the labor market—an essential part of Saudi Vision 2030.
The National Institute of Industrial Training and the National Power Academy are non-profit institutions dedicated to equipping graduates with the skills needed for careers in industry and energy.
