MU RECTOR REVIEWS REPORTS ON HANDLING BENEFICIARIES’ REQUESTS

MU Rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, reviewed reports submitted by the units responsible for processing beneficiaries’ requests via the various communication channels.

During the meeting, the General Supervisor of the Beneficiary Care Center (Tawasul), Prof. Abdulaziz Al-Rushoud, presented a brief report outlining the center’s operational mechanisms and the communication channels. He also reviewed statistical data on the various requests received by the university.

MU Rector commended the efforts made, expressing his appreciation to all supervisors and coordinators working across these channels. He emphasized the importance of prompt response and effective handling of requests in a manner that serves beneficiaries both within and outside the university.
