MU SIGNS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH SAK INTERNATIONAL AT WORLD DEFENSE SHOW 2026

On the sidelines of the World Defense Show 2026 which was organized by the General Authority for Military Industries (GAMI) in Riyadh, the Applied College at MU signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SAK International, a company specializing in the technical and industrial sector.

The signing of this MoU reflects a shared commitment to constructive collaboration that serves the public interest and strengthens community partnerships, particularly with the private sector. The agreement aims to foster strategic cooperation across multiple areas, most notably training and consultancy, while creating employment opportunities to enhance the efficiency of human capital.

MoU also seeks to advance students’ skills and capabilities and support the labor market with qualified competencies which align closely with the priorities of Saudi Vision 2030.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the Applied College by its Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayr, and Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Otaibi, Human Resources Director, at SAK International.
