MU SIGNS A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH AL-BIRR CHARITABLE ASSOCIATION IN MAJMAAH

Majmaah University signed a cooperation agreement with Al-Birr Charitable Association in Majmaah. The agreement was signed under the patronage and in the presence of the Vice-Rector, Prof. Mohammed Al-Shehri, and attended by Abdulaziz Al-Zakri, Chairman of the Council of Non-Profit Associations in the Riyadh Region.

The agreement aims to enhance cooperation in research that serves beneficiary families, contributing to shared objectives such as studying the minimum income threshold for Saudi families and improving overall quality of life. It also seeks to conduct joint initiatives that deliver awareness and training programs designed to enhance life skills and empower beneficiaries.

The agreement was signed by the dean of Graduate Studies Deanship, Dr. Ali Al-Saawi, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association, Tawfiq Al-Askar.

The Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Al-Shehri, pointed out that the agreement marks an important step toward strengthening strategic collaboration between the two parties. He noted that it forms part of a broader series of initiatives through which MU seeks to build an effective model of cooperation between the academic and non-profit sectors with a particular focus in the fields of graduate studies and scientific research.

The Dean of Graduate Studies highlighted that the agreement opens new horizons for collaboration between MU and Al-Birr Association in Majmaah, establishing an integrated model that enhances joint work.
