As part of ongoing field visits aimed at monitoring workflow and reviewing operational procedures across departments under the General Administration, Mr. Ahmed Al-Mousa, the director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, conducted an inspection visit to the Warehouses Department and the Inventory Control Department in Zulfi.

He was welcomed by Mr. Nasser Al-Hammadi, Director of the Warehouses Department, and Mr. Kanaan Al-Salem, Director of the Inventory Department, who gave a brief presentation on the departments’ operations and their efforts to develop storage systems and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and improve service quality.

The visit included a tour of the departments, during which Mr. Al-Mousa oversaw ongoing operations and observed the services provided. He commended the high level of organization, discipline, and performance, emphasizing the importance of continuous development and the adoption of best administrative practices to achieve the university’s strategic goals.
