A delegation from the national e-Government Transformation Measurement (the 7th Round) headed by Dr. Humud Al-Dosari and Mr. Turki Al-Turki visited Majmaah University. The team was received by the Dean of Information Technology Deanship, Dr. Adel Al-Saied, the Vice-dean of Information Technology, Dr. Mufawaz Al-Harbi and the Head of e-Transformation Committee, Dr. Yusuf Arokban. Having received by the Vice-rector and the members of the Committee, the delegation met with the Committee members to review its achievements since its establishment in 1432. Then they headed to the Deanship of Information Technology to discuss the 7th round of e-Government Transformation Measurement and its requirements. They also reviewed the progress made at the University departments, their different units, the Data Center, the Mobile Electronic Training Project as well as the WUSUL (access) bus designed for the handicapped, which caught their attention and admiration. The University has started preparing for the 7th round of e-government transformation measurement since 10/1438 by logging the e-services into the Government Service Observatory (Yesser) and answering 94 survey questions with 56 required answers. The visit aimed at reviewing and documenting the University answers to the survey questions of the Measurement.
