HE The Vice Rector Continues The Discussion On The Suggestion Of Controlling The Labs Indoor Air Project At The university

The University Environment and Occupational Health Management at the Rectorship organized coordinative meeting with the Deans at the college of Medical Sciences and Applied Sciences to discuss the scientific aspects of the final suggestion of Controlling The Labs Indoor Air Project At The university, the Rectorship seeks to launch that project at the beginning of the second semester of this academic year.

This meeting comes after labs evaluation conducted by the University Environment and Occupational Health Management, and discussing its operational needs with the colleges of the university, it aims to achieve the quality and safety standards in accordance with the modern methods in laboratory monitoring through technology and electronic work.

At the end of the meeting HE the Vice rector explained that this project represents one of the Occupational Health projects that the university seeks to be implement in all university laboratories in different categories, in order to attain the highest occupational health and safety which is compliant with the requirements of the international standards adopted in this field, to achieve the vision of the university about the development of the university environment to be attractive and supportive of excellence and creativity.

The meeting was attended by HE Dr. Abdul Aziz Al-dakheel the Vice Dean of the Medical Sciences College for Graduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Aidaroos the Head of the Medical Devices Department, and Dr. Soleman Al-Saqabi the Vice Dean of the Medical Sciences College for the quality and development.
