HE Vice Rector Makes A Spotting Visit To The Construction Projects At Zulfi Campus

HE the Vice Rector Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari made a spotting visit to the construction projects at Zulfi campus, which  included the construction of the College of Education for male students and the public spot, HE was accompanied by Eng. Fauzan Al-Fahad the director of project management and technical affairs and some employees from the administration, and the Director of the project, and the project manager from the consulting firm.

During this visit, they viewed the progress of the project, and what has been done recently, and the agenda for the coming period in accordance with the approved one. His Excellency the Vice Rector listened to the observations of the project management department on the workflow procedures, HE met the project manager, and the project manager from the consulting firm to discuss these observations.

At the end of the visit by His Excellency the Vice Rector stated for the team of the project, the importance of the using time in achievement and maintaining the required quality level, and that the contractor must stick to the approved agenda, and increase the technical labor or the work time to reach the required level of achievement. Also, HE noted to the need for full communication between team members through daily or weekly meetings to discuss what arise of problematic issues that may affect the functioning of the project to make the appropriate decisions.
