The Preparatory Committee for the University Construction Projects Follow its Regular Meetings

On Wednesday, 06/05/1436, the preparatory committee for the university construction projects held its fifth meeting of the year 1436, it was headed by the Vice Rector, chairman of the committee, Dr. Musalam M. Al-Dosari, and in the presence of all members. It reviewed its agenda which was including several issues. The first one was the request of discussing architectural plan for clinics building that will be executed at the King Khaled Hospital in Al Majma'ah. It recommended to begin designing process after getting the initial approval from the Ministry of Health. It discussed also the pharmaceutical store requirements and medical supplies for medical services.

The committee has also been briefed  the content of circulating which was coming by Minister of Finance about Saudi standards adopted to achieve the goals, protect consumer, support products and the national economy. After that, the committee reviewed the issue of establishing a headquarters for the University Permanent Exhibition which was proposed by general administration of facilities and services where the issue has been forwarded to project management and technical affairs. It was also noted to the need of existing a maintenance contract or guarantees for gas tanks inside buildings and facilities of the university, and the need to add a special item to the construction projects concerning of create gas tanks with the highest technical specifications when there is a need for it.  At the end of the meeting, chairman and members of the committee thanked the team of restricting committee for needs of colleges in Alghaat and Hotat Sudair for their efforts to restrict the hardware and furniture in each.
