The Rectorship Activates the E-system of Appointments Reservation to Respond to the Reviewers

Based on the Rectorship  responsibilities to organize the work processes of Responding to the reviewers and activating the procedures of shifting to electronic transactions, it activated E-system of Appointments Reservation to facilitate procedures meeting His Excellency the Vice Rector with the employees and citizens from outside University. This comes in concern of citizens timing, especially those coming from far places, and the commitments of HE the Vice Rectors of daily work and field visits that prevent immediate interview times.

A link has been allocated on the Rectorship website to enables employees of the university and the citizens to fill in a request form for an appointment, and defining the purpose of the interview, with the property to attach files and documents. Also, the system enables the instant e-messaging between His Excellency the Vice Rector and the applicant.
