Training The Departments Coordinators for the Administrative Communication System

The Supervisory Committee for the Administrative Communication System and electronic Archiving organized  a training course on the new system of administrative communication at the training hall at the Deanship of e-learning and distance learning, in preparation for its activation in the year 1436.

Mr. Mohammed Al-Aulah set the course for the departments coordinators and provided them with the necessary information and skills to use the system, including the registration of outward Incoming and outgoing transactions and internal communication and referrals, and many of the features that will contribute to the transition to e-transactions at the university, the department officials were split into three groups for training on Wednesday, Thursday, and Tuesday, 21-22-27 / 12/1435.

On the other hand, HE the Vice Rector visited the trainees in the first training day on Wednesday, 21/12/1435, and checked on the stages of training and encouraged them to acquire the necessary skills and stimulated their readiness to activate the system.
