University Delegation Meets SABIC Officials  -

The Vice Rector, Dr. Musallam bin Mohammed Al-Dossari, chaired a university delegation made of the Dean of Scientific Research Dr. Thamer bin Shlih Al-Harbi, and the Vice Dean of IT Dr. Adel bin Mohammed Al-Saeed which met Dr. Wajih bin Osama Magrabiah, Mr. Mohamed bin Fakhr Al-ddin Al-Hajri and Mr. Ali bin Mohammed Al-Amari, executives of technology and innovation centers at SABIC. The delegation presented the material and human potentials of the university in the fields of scientific and technical research as well as the recent achievements it made in those areas along with its strategic plan and operational initiatives in research and technology transfer. The University officials discussed also a number of support services SABIC provides to universities in accordance with the cooperation agreements and service contracts which will contribute to the development and investment of universities output in the areas of scientific research, innovation and technology for both faculty members and students. The University delegates discussed also the work plan with which Majmaah University can implement a number of programs to achieve its aspirations in investing its potentials and the development it made in the areas of research and innovation as well as the application of the vision of SABIC on the participation in the transfer of technology and the contribution of developing the scientific programs at the university to serve the labor market and industry outputs.
