The University Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al Mugren inaugurated the follow-up program of the university transportation in the meeting room, in the presence of His Excellency the Vice Rector, Dr. Musalam bin Mohammed Al-Dosari and a number of university employees, this inauguration began by speech of the Director of the follow up management, the Chairman of the committee of follow-up and transportation at the university Mr. Abdullah bin Dedan Al Harbi thanked the University Rector Dr. Khaled bin Saad Almugren and His Excellency the Vice Rector for honoring and attending to inaugurate the follow-up and transportation system at the University. He said: This indicates the keenness of the leadership of the university to follow-up and supervision of everything that serves the university's interest in various fields, He added that the values of the university to maintain of property. So, to activate the regulations and instructions in the following-up the transportation at the university, it was inaugurated this system which has been prepared according to direction of the University Rector who directed to form committee that includes a number of competent authorities, a Follow-up Management, service Management, the General Department University Safety and Security, and the Deanship of Information Technology. He explained that this committee has done a methodology to do this work by the inventory of all university transportation and determining their positions and preparing them daily through a program designed for this purpose which is to present all the buses through the Department University Safety and Security daily. Then, text message are sent to officials that have not where the user is committed to stop the car in the allocated place. At the end of his speech, Al Harbi thanked, His Excellency, the University Rector for giving confidence to the Commission in order to do this work, he also thanked, His Excellency, the Vice Rector, Dr. Musalam bin Mohamad Al Dosari for his continuous support and to overcome all difficulties and obstacles faced the working group. After that, the University Rector launched the program, and listened to a detailed explanation about it from Mr. Azouz Al-Hassani from Deanship of Information Technology. Then, His Excellency, the Vice Rector said that this work has been completed by the efforts of young people from the university employees have sufficient experience and dedication to work, which enabled them to do the job perfectly. He also said that this will have a good effect in controlling and following-up process to transport of the university in which the university has achieved a head start in this area. He also said that the system is a complement of electronic transactions university. Then, the university Rector Dr. Khalid bin Saad Almugren thanked everybody work in order to complete this work. His Excellency added, the university achieves leadership and excellence through teamwork integrative, It is proud of the team spirit, which is considered as a characteristic of the university (Praise be to Allah) which is going in in its works clearly. This work has brought the fruitful achievements. He also asked to continue this work and evaluate the experiment to monitor all the notes and development the project for doing his job and achieve its goals.
