The primary objective of the University’s Enterprise Architecture Office is to strengthen alignment and integration between the University’s overall business operations and its technological systems, with a particular focus on applications. The Office also aims to enhance integration between the University and relevant external stakeholders, improve agility in responding to change, and increase stakeholder satisfaction.
Effective implementation of enterprise architecture significantly reduces technology-related costs while enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the University’s electronic services. In addition, the design of the University’s enterprise architecture serves as a strategic reference point for future technology development initiatives and solution-building projects.
The enterprise architecture provides a comprehensive framework and high-level blueprint for all technological components and their electronic interconnections, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of reference when planning any future changes, development, or technological expansion.
