It provides a range of services for faculty members; including recruitments, promotions, and related matters, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in line with approved academic policies.

The Scientific Council Secretariat serves as the administrative and organizational arm supporting the university’s Scientific Council, working to coordinate its activities and facilitate the execution of its responsibilities.

The Secretariat oversees the preparation of council and committee meetings, including organizing agendas and preparing academic and scientific files submitted for review. It also follows up on the implementation of council decisions in coordination with relevant university entities.

The Secretariat also manages and maintains records related to faculty recruitments, promotions, publications, translations, research studies, and excellence allowances. It provides both administrative and technical support to ensure the efficient and transparent operation of the council and its committees.

Acting as a central liaison, the Secretariat connects the Scientific Council with colleges and other departments, supporting effective communication and smooth workflow across the university.
