Participation in International Day Of Radiology

The College of Applied Medical Sciences has participated in the celebration of International Day Of Radiology, which was held at King Khalid Hospital in Majmaah. Head of the Radiology Department at the College, Dr. Abdullah Al-Amoudi, gave a presentation about the Radiology Department, the medical imaging equipment there such as Endoscopy Devices, mammography, ultrasound imaging, MRI and CT scans. Furthermore, the presenter illustrated the types of radiology and radiography along with the different views of each device. Difference has been made between the rays and the radioactive devices with illustrations of some common radiology devices and their images in the briefing sessions and brochures as well as gifts related to radiology and radioactive devices in order to clarify any misconceptions in that regard
