This unit is responsible for communicating with external community entities such as schools, companies, various governmental entities, and charitable associations. The decision to assign its head is issued by the Dean of the College.

1- Encouraging excellent faculty members, students, and researchers to participate in volunteer activities and spread the culture of volunteering.

تعريف:

هي وحدة تختص بالتواصل مع الجهات المجتمعية الخارجية مثل المدارس والشركات والجهات والحكومية المختلفة والجمعيات الخيرية، ويصدر قرار تكليف رئيستها من قبل عميد الكلية.

اختصاصات الوحدة:

1 - تشجيع أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب والطالبات والباحثين المتميزين على المشاركة في الأنشطة التطوعية ونشر ثقافة التطوع.

 2- العمل على ربط الجامعة بالمجتمع المحيط والمساهمة في تطويره.

3- إبراز دور الكلية إعلاميًا في العمل المجتمعي وتنظيم المشاركات في المناسبات العالمية والوطنية.

About the Unit:

This unit is responsible for enhancing student satisfaction, understanding their needs, and helping them to adapt to university services. The Dean of the College issues a decision to assign its head.

Responsibilities:

1 - Follow up on the departure of students from the college in cooperation with the General Administration of Services.

تعريف:

هي وحدة تعني بتعزيز رضا الطالبات وتفهم احتياجاتهن وتكييف الخدمات الجامعية بما يتلاءم معهن ويصدر قرار تكليف رئيستها من قبل عميد الكلية.

اختصاصات الوحدة:

1 - متابعة تنسيق خروج طالبات النقل من الكلية بالتعاون مع الإدارة العامة للخدمات.

2 - تنظيم أعمال طلبات نقل الأنشطة الطلابية ورفع الطلب من خلال الأنظمة الإلكترونية الخاصة بذلك. والإشراف على الرحلة وتكليف من يوكل لها الذهاب والإياب مع الطالبات بما يضمن سلامة الجميع.

تعريف:

 تهدف الوحدة للتنسيق مع نظيراتها في وكالة الكلية للشؤون التعليمية والتطوير ووكالة الكلية للدراسات العليا والبحث العلمي من اجل دعم عملية التعليم وفق احتياجات الطالبات ويصدر قرار تكليف رئيستها من قبل عميد الكلية.

اختصاصات الوحدة:

1- العمل على توفير متطلبات العملية التعليمية والبحثية والإدارية في مقر الطالبات.

2- اعداد الخطة التشغيلية لأقسام الطالبات.

 3- تطبيق خطط السلامة والإخلاء في أحوال الطوارئ بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة.

1- Conducting studies about the college's needs for laboratories, supporting devices and software in coordination with the scientific departments.
