في ظل ما تعيشه المملكة العربية السعودية من نقلة نوعية في مجال التعليم ومواكبة التنمية المستدامة وخطط التنمية ، صدرت موافقة مجلس التعليم العالي بتاريخ 27/8/ 1428هـ على إنشاء كلية العلوم الإدارية والإنسانية بالمجمعة ، والتي تغير مسماها لاحقاً لتصبح كلية إدارة الأعمال ، وهي إحدى مكونات جامعة المجمعة الفتية ، ولبنة في بناء هذا الوطن وتنمية قدرات أبنائه وبناته.
