With God’s Benediction and His Bounty, the first meeting of the Advisory Council of the College of Science and

Humanities in Houtat Sudair in the college building in the presence of members of the Council that was headed by His

Excellency the College Dean Dr. Tarek Bin Sulaiman Albouhlal.
The meeting began with a speech from the Dean who talked about the college, what has been achieved in this period,

Deanship of Libraries Affairs has completed the regulations to be applied in branch libraries in faculties and centers. These regulations and rules are to be fixed and implemented in Deanship of Libraries Affairs. This set of regulations comprises forty one articles in three chapters:
