Provide adequate academic information bout the university & scientific faculties and specializations, and to provide academic services to students, completion of Admission & Registration using modern technology means, developing and improving the work performance mechanism, simplify the procedures, clarify the rules & regulations and increase awareness of its applications.

Since the establishment of Majmaah University in 1430, it has always been concerned about being one of the world top universities. This has been obviously manifested via applying the concept of quality in a comprehensive manner. As a result, the deanship of quality and skills development was among the earliest deanships that was established according to the resolution No. (9), dated on 3/2/1431.

The Student Affairs Deanship was following the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud, Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Education - The resolution of the Supreme Council of Education was issued in the eighty-fifth session on Wednesday, 17 Rabi' al-Awwal 1431, corresponding to March 3, 2010.

The Deanship is considered one of the important components of the university. It is one of the entities entrusted with qualifying and supporting researchers and postgraduate students; thus, it contributes to the development of our country and participates in addressing our social, cultural and economic issues..

Since its inception, MU always sets about providing excellent services to beneficiaries. With that in mind, the Deanship of Information Technology and E-Learning is seen as an active player in automating the university operations and all their related technical support and development to achieve the university’s goals of digital transformation in accordance with the Kingdom’s vision.

Since its inception in 1432 AH, the Institute of Studies and Consulting Services (ISCS) is the official investor of Majmah University and strives to achieve the university's targeted outcomes.
