- Setting up administrative and financial plans for all MU entities and providing technical support - Following-up performance indicators for the financial and administrative aspects and linking them to the MU strategic plan - Spreading a culture of awareness for financial and administrative planning - Preparing regulatory guidebooks on financial and administrative plans - Providing advice to external entities in the area of financial and administrative planning - Any other acts assigned to it.
