• Raising the the university employees' awareness about the importance of archives, electronic transactions, and the regulations.

• Optimal preservation and security of archives and records according to one of the modern technologies.

• Facilitating access to archives and their circulation according to the regulations governing this.

• Striving to bridge the gap of communication with relevant bodies and institutions to activate scientific, training and economic exchange agreements between the Archives and Records Center and local, regional and international archives centers.

• Improving the mechanisms of the Archives and Records Center in line with the international quality standards.

• Transforming the Archives and Records Center at Majmaah University to motivate the employees to be more productive.
