Implementing Regulations for Authoring, Translating , Funding and Publishing Book

The unified implementing regulations of the scientific research in the universities passed by the decree of the higher education council no(2/10/1419) dated on 6/2/1419 stipulated some articles concerned with the publication and translation at the Universities , which are as follows:
