The system of councils and committees 

At the request of MU Rector, the Deanship has developed a system as part of the university’s electronic transactions system. The aim of this system is to facilitate dealing with the committees and councils. The system was launched in two phases:

First stage: all standing committees

Second stage: all college councils 

The system of councils and committees is one of the successful projects carried out by the Deanship of E-Learning and Distance Education, which seeks to standardized academic work procedures and acceleration of decision-making mechanism.

The system coordinates and follows-up the committees' works and distributes the role among the committee members to ease the procedure of automation. It also generates documents electronically and solves the problem of geographical spacing between university branches.
