About Training Unit

Training is considered one of the most important pillars of civilization that enables nations to achieve the goals of development and knowledge. Training is defined as a continuous activity that provides individuals with the skills, expertise and trends to enable them carry out their work in order to increase productivity and knowledge, skills and behaviors transfer to develop new competences and perform their tasks.

And In light of the global economy which is based on knowledge, there is no wonder that a successful organization is the one that can distinguish itself, through employing and developing a team featured by having international skills, special training and the spirit of enthusiasm to ensure continuous work performance by satisfying their needs and expectations. On this solid basis, the training unit in our deanship builds a strategy (according to a study of requirements) in training and it aims to reach qualitative and quantitative shift to achieve the goals and objectives through specialized training according to the standards of training quality.

Our desire to ensure the success of this project emerges through the following features:

• Financial and moral support by the Rector and colleges and deanships management to ensure success of e-learning role at the university.
• We have male and female professional trainers who joined between development, training and competence.
• We have administrative coordinators from university staff in each college to accelerate work of the e-learning unit.
• Training plans for faculty members and students (male/female) at the university each semester.

For that purpose we carefuly consider innovation in training in the field of e-learning technologies and developing the skills of faculty members (male/female) as well as students.
