The General Administration of Projects and Technical Affairs (GAPTA) conducted on Tuesday a workshop with the Project Management Office (PMO) to discuss some issues related to the project management system (PMO 2).
The supervisor of PMO, Dr. Ayman Al-Barakati and the director of the GAPTA, Eng. Abdel Aziz Al-Shunaify attended the workshop.
Dr. Al-Barakati reviewed the project management system of the university and all-related procedures of management, project managers, project manager of the contractor and the consultant.
Some feedback was jotted down with regard to the procedures which are expected to improve the quality of work.
The workshop is part of the efforts made by the GAPTA to achieve its strategic plan in line with the kingdom’s vision 2030.
