• Within the framework of efforts expanded by the PMO’s team to improve work performance, several goals are set to be achieved as follow:

    1. Promote the culture of project management at MU and qualify those who are interested in the field.
    2. Develop and apply the project management methodology with constantly re-defining (procedures, policies, forms).
    3. Improve individual’s skills who use E-Systems
    4. Improve the quality of projects to achieve their goals effectively.
    5. Create more integrated and effective project management environment
    6. Consolidate primary procedures of project management
    7. Provide comprehensive reports about the status of the university projects for higher authority, and analyze measurement indicators of projects and staff.
