A meeting was held at the College of Science and Humanities between the College Dean Dr. Tariq S. Al-Bahlal and his Deputy Dr. Omar S. Al-Saidy with the faculty member and teaching assistants regarding the issue of scholarship.
The underlying topics of the meeting are firstly, the nature of work undertaken by faculty members and teaching assistants, secondly, applying for a scholarship & selecting the destination, thirdly, communicating directly with directors of departments, fourthly, establishing the concept of commitment and seriousness among faculty members and teaching assistants to complete the program, finally, communicating with the university when a disclaimer partly and when completing the program.
At the end, all the common inquiries were answered by the dean who also encouraged them to take all the issues discussed in the meeting seriously in order to avoid the termination of the scholarship or the transfer to an administrative job.
