MU VICE-RECTOR PARTICIPATES IN 1ST SAUDI ACADEMIC FEMALE LEADERS FORUM

Dr. Jawaher Al-Omar, Vice-Rector at Majmaah University, participated in the First Saudi Academic Female Leaders Forum, organized and hosted by Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University in cooperation with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology.
Launched by the Vice-Rector of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, Prof. Dalal Al-Tamimi, the forum aims to reinforce the transition towards new university laws to become in line with the 2030 Vision, highlight shared concepts of empowering academic leaderships, emphasize the role and influence of Transitional Leadership in creating an organizational vision supported by inspirational leaders and share knowledge and opening channels of communication to introduce optimal leadership patterns.
The Vice-Rector, Dr. Al-Omar along with the Vice-Dean at College of Applied Medical Science, Dr. Dana Al-Yahya and the Vice-Dean at the College of Science in Zulfi, Dr. Muna Al-Halafi and the Vice-Dean at the Deanship of Scientific Research, Dr. Huda Al-Barrak attended a workshop associated with the forum.
Dr. Al-Omar extended her thanks to MU Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Muqren for allowing female leaders to take part in such forums in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
