Under the patronage of His Highness the Minister of Higher Education Prof. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al Anqari and with the presence of the Rector, Dr. Khalid Bin Sa'ad Al-Moqren, Vice-Rector, Deans of Colleges and Deanships, a number of government departments directors and a big crowd of audience, the University celebrates the graduation of its third batch with great deal of media coverage on Tuesday 24/06/1433 H for the academic year 1432 - 1433 AH More than 1,150 students majoring in various fields. The ceremony began with a recitation of the Holly Qura'an by the student Shoaib Al-Bader, then His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Bin Ali Rumaih, Dean of Admissions and Registration called upon the university graduates to enter the hall where he welcomed His Highness the Rector of the university and extended his thanks to His Highness the Minister of Higher Education Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Angari for sponsoring the ceremony. In this blessed day, we should recall the developmental role played by Majmaah University in which competent graduates who contribute to the overall development process in our dear country belong to our university. the number of graduates today reached (1150) students from various colleges and disciplines. 810 female students and 167 male students from undergraduate level while 173 students at the stage of post-graduate diploma, which include mathematics, chemistry, English, biology, accounting Islamic Studies, Arabic language, home economics, physics, computers and bio medical. His Highness also added "This day our university is proud to be one of the beacons of Higher Education in our country to build the Saudi citizen, carrying its message for human development, scientific development and community service" After that, the graduates speech was delivered on behalf of all fellow where many thanks were extended to the sponsor of this event. This sponsorship shows the important position of knowledge in this country the wise leadership, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Thanks were also extended to those who were always giving support, particularly, the administration and faculty members of Majmaa University for their effort helping us obtaining a qualification which will be the beginning of a new era of serving our religion and country. After that, a documentary film was presented about the history of the University during the past three years since its establishment which review the most prominent achievements and expectations. Addressing the audience, His Highness the Rector Dr. Khalid Bin Sa'ad al-Mogren delivered a speech in which he thanked His Highness the Minister of Higher Education, Dr. Khalid Bin Mohammed Al-Angari for sponsoring this ceremony which he regarded as a great support to the University and its employees. His Highness also mentioned that this ceremony coincides with a number of important events. firstly, is the seventh anniversary of the pledge of allegiance, which we look back through the achievements of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, therefore; we offer him the feelings of gratitude and appreciation for his work wishing him a good health and every success. This celebration will also be held at the Headquarters where the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques inaugurated two weeks ago with a number of projects for the Ministry of Higher Education, which exceeded $ 80 billion Riyals. Majmaa University share is four billion Riyals. This support will create a learning environment which will contribute in the advancement of the educational process. His Highness concluded his speech by what was accomplished at the university and then gave pieces of advice to students, followed by awarding outstanding students then photos were shooting with the Rector and Vice Rector.
