MU ACTIVATES THE BENEFICIARY SERVICE CENTER

A new service for beneficiaries has been activated by MU to expedite the means of communication with the university. The service, provided by Ministry of Education, is meant to make the process of receiving complaints and suggestions from beneficiaries easier. The activation of this service by MU is synchronized with the launch of a new application “Tawasul”  by the Minister of Education, Dr. Ahmed M. Al-Eysa. The Ministry has also set a developed center for call with 5 numbers : 19996 in the opening session.

The application “Tawasul” for smart phones is another marvelous achievement which has received number awards locally and worldwide.  The app can be downloaded via App Store or Play Store.
