HIS HIGHNESS THE RECTOR LAUNCHES THE 2ND VERSION OF COMMITTEES AND BOARDS’ SYSTEM

His Highness the Rector, Dr. Khalid Al-Mogren launched the 2nd version of electronic system for committees and boards during the ceremony held on this occasion in the meeting hall of the Rector. The ceremony was attended by the university deputies and a number of deans and directors. A speech was delivered by His Excellency the Dean of E-learning and Distance Education Dr. Musallam Al-Dosari where he extended his thanks to the Rector for attending this event as well as his constant support and follow-up. Dr. Al-Dosari talked about the significance and purpose of the system of committees and boards and what it achieved in enhancing the performance of committees and their mechanism. A speech was also delivered by the supervisor of the system,His Excellency Dr. Thamer Al-Dugaishy who provided an illustration about the program and the stages of development. He also mentioned the multi-tasks of this program and how it is able to achieve a number of goals including facilitating and unifying the procedures of minutes, providing e-materials and much more. After that, His Highness the Rector delivered a speech where he complemented the efforts in establishing an electronic system that the whole university depends on.  The Rector stressed that the University work is institutional which does not depend on specific persons and all those who were behind this success shall be rewarded. The Rector extended his thanks to Dr. Aldosari and Mr. Al-Dughaish for their efforts and achievements. The ceremony was concluded by rewarding Mr. Aldogaish for his end of service.
